Please call us to change, reschedule or cancel your appointments. For urgent matters, please call us at the respective location you are looking to visit. Emails may take longer to respond. 

 

Our 24 hour cancellation policy for individual bookings are in full effect. Your deposit will be refunded only if you call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

 

Please note, if you cannot “add on” a service (ie. massages) you will have to book it as a separate appointment.
